Course Program:
The wisdom of Kabbalah had a great influence on the history of modern science. Many of the founders of modern science, such as Newton, Leibniz, Leonardo da Vinci, and Paracelsus (one of the founders of modern medicine), were important students of the wisdom of Kabbalah and the Zohar. They believed in critical thinking and that every phenomenon has a cause that can be learned by human investigation and explanation. Today, when the wisdom of Kabbalah returns to the stage, it is possible to return and learn how the use of the wisdom of Kabbalah can be a thinking tool for internalizing the information available today in the various fields of science.
Course objectives:
- Students will learn the approach of the wisdom of Kabbalah to the structure of the universe in accordance with today’s scientific findings. We will learn how many conflicts can be resolved in modern science when we return to using the thinking structure of the wisdom of Kabbalah. The areas of reference will be: Physics, Developmental Evolution, Genetics, Anatomy, Physiology, Psychology and more.
- Students will learn how the wisdom of Kabbalah, the soul of the Torah (written and oral), reconciles many disputes between the Torah and modern science and research. We will learn how the wisdom of Kabbalah can be used as a means of identifying superstitions in both religion and science.
Course topics (each topic is an option for two sessions)
- The influence of Kabbalah on the development of science and scientific perception
The wisdom of Kabbalah and its spread have had a decisive impact on an important group of people known as the founders of modern science. How did the books of Kabbalah reach them? How did Kabbalah affect their way of thinking? And how did they use the knowledge of Kabbalah to build what we know as the world of progress?
- The will, the motive for every action or thought – the true matter of the universe.
What is the structure of the universe beneath all the theories that not many understand? What preceded the Big Bang and what caused it? How can understanding the primary forces of the universe before the Big Bang help us understand how the universe works and what holds the entire universe together? What is the secret of matter? What is really behind Higgs’ “Godly” boson and what is divine about it?
- Age and structure of the Universe, Theory of Evolution
On the face of it, there seems to be a contradiction between religion and science. When it comes to the wisdom of Kabbalah, not only is there no contradiction between the two areas, but there was also a great mutual fertilization that stopped at a certain point. Today, common scientific theories can be understood much better when using the thinking tools of the Wisdom of Kabbalah, especially matters such as the age and structure of the Universe and the Theory of Evolution
- Basics Forces. Ten Dimensions. Twelve elementary particles
The amazing structure of the subatomic world is so different from the universe our senses know. The wisdom of Kabbalah gives us powerful tools to understand the world beyond the senses and the relevance of these theories to our lives. Quantum physics, relativity, Superstring theory and more
