Parashah

The Torah, The Five Books of Moses, is divided into 53 portions. (Parashah – single, Parashot – Plural).

The 53 portions are divided into the weeks of the year, special designated reading for every week.

The cycle is completed on the same day worldwide – Simhat Torah. On the same day, the new cycle starts again by reading the beginning of the Book of Genesis.

Every week of the year in the Hebrew calendar is named after the Parashah being read on that week. The Parashah contains the spiritual forces we need in order to overcome the challenges of that week.

The whole Weekly Parashah is being read on Shabbat morning in every synagogue around the world.

Returning-Light

Hebrew: Or Hozer
When the Direct-Light (The Light drawn by selfish desire) is reflected back, straight to the root, by resistance (to the immediate urge), giving and sharing it creates an energy that is The Returning Light. After the Tsimtsum, Returning Light is the only vessel capable of holding any Light (permanently) in our world.

Also in the connotation of the seed as the point of control

i.e. Rosh Hashanah is the time to control the whole year

Ruah

Ruah (Spirit) – One of the five levels of the soul. The second level (from the bottom) – The level above the body consciousness. Corresponding to Zeir Anpin.

Sephira

pl. Sephirot
A divine emanation.
From: A Sphere (a frame/limitation of influence, power etc.), Sapphire (Illumination). The 10 divine emanations of Light shine through, spheres/curtains to our world.
Every Sefira is divided internally to ten.

Hebrew: root – Keter the root (the seed) – the meaning of “the idea behind the creation is to benefit his creatures.”
